Meet Dr. Will Umphlett

The Professional Side

Dr. Will Umphlett is a native of Meridian, MS. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Mississippi State University and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry.

During his training, Dr. Umphlett was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the Hembree Honor Society. He was a Dean’s Honor List scholar and received the ADA/Dentsply Student Clinician Research Award and the Clinical Achievement in Oral Surgery Award. Dr. Umphlett is a member of the Mississippi Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to comprehensive preventative and restorative services, Dr. Umphlett specializes in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy.

The Personal Side

Dr. Umphlett and his wife, Neely, have two daughters, Kate and Alli. They are all members of Pinelake Church. When not in the office, Dr. Umphlett enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, or attending any sports event involving his beloved Mississippi State Bulldogs.
