Smile Makeover

A smile makeover combines a variety of restorative and cosmetic treatments to create a confident, natural-looking smile that's 100% you—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

The Smile Makeover Process

When first creating your smile makeover plan, we’ll meet for a consultation and discuss your cosmetic and restorative goals. We’ll also evaluate your oral health and address any needs.

Your smile makeover treatment plan can combine several treatments, depending on your personal goals and what’s needed to help you achieve them. Smile makeover treatments include, but aren’t limited to:

Clear aligners: We provide ClearCorrect clear aligners for a subtle, comfortable way to shift your smile.

Veneers or no-prep veneers: Dr. Umphlett has specialized training in no-prep veneers, which require little to no tooth shaving for a quicker, less invasive process.

Dental bonding: Bonding is a quick, affordable way to fix chips, gaps, and wear.

Teeth whitening: Brighten your teeth several shades with our convenient in-office whitening and take-home trays.

Dental implants: Often considered the gold standard of tooth replacement, implants offer a lasting, durable way to regain function and appearance.

Dentures: We offer several denture options, including complete, partial, and implant-retained dentures.

FAQ

  • Will my smile makeover give me natural-looking results?

We aim to create a smile that fits your face and personality, not one that’s copied and pasted from a magazine. Your unique combination of recommended treatments will ideally blend with your natural teeth and appearance.

  • What age is best for a smile makeover?

The best age for a smile makeover varies, but it’s ideal once adult teeth are fully developed—typically in your 20s—when your oral health is stable and your cosmetic goals are clear.

  • Is a smile makeover permanent?

A smile makeover isn’t permanent, but results can last many years with proper care. Longevity depends on treatment type—veneers, crowns, whitening, or implants—and good oral hygiene and maintenance.
